Today it's Kerri's turn to share! 

I am really loving the bright colours that Kerri has used on this card! She has made the Volang Dress Tilda into a Graduation Tilda. Kerri has coloured this image so beautifully, with Prismacolor Pencils. She has used Neenah Cardstock, Foamiran, and the Lovely Fine Rose Lace from the store. Other goodies used are from her personal stash!
